We headed to the Cincinnati Zoo today with Emily, Mary, Christina, and Courtney (and all subsequent children) for a really fun spring day at the zoo. The weather was perfect and the kids had a great time.

This is a Penetrometer (it measures the toughness of a leaf). Xander loves anything that looks like a tool.

Looks like a fun day was had by all! Love the pic of Xander kissing the ape. We have a good one of Jake and Lid with that same ape, only at the moment I snapped the picture, Jake pretended to pick it's nose. Looks like it was posed, but it wasn't. And Jakers was only 4 at the time, so his daddy rubbed off on him early.
