Preschool Harvest Fest

I have to back up a little to get some post in about other fun stuff we have been up to. Last Sunday night Xander's Preschool had a Harvest Fest. The kids could wear their costumes and play little games. Xander wanted to wear his monster costume from last year. There was food, crafts, and LOTS of prizes. Xander had a great time, as all the games were geared toward preschoolers so he jumped right in. Lily takes a little while to warm up to situations. At first she just wanted "prize" from the prize buckets and would walk over to help herself. Jason finally got her to realize she had to play the game first. I am pretty sure she was merely tolerating the games to get her hands into the prize buckets. She would say, "Lily Bug prize".

This game was so funny to watch the kids play. It was a blown up monkey with velcro strips and you had to throw the bananas at him to get them to stick.

You had to knock on the little doors to find the prize.
This was Lily's favorite game. When I asked her when we got home what her favorite part was she said, "balls, pumpkin, prize". You had to find 3 plastic pumpkins hidden the ball pit. Xander loved it too.

You had to throw the bean bags to knock the pumpkins. Lily quickly figured out she just had to walk up really close and hit them.

This game was fun you had to feed the hungry guy food.

 We had a great time.
